and I installed steam and games but everytime i try to open a game it says 'preparing to launch' like usual, then disappears. its getting really annopying because ive done research everywhere and a lot of people are having the same problem with no resolutions. My guess is that it might be the new hardware in the computers? any ideas on how to fix this?

- Go to steampowered.com in your browser.
Click Install Steam.

- Double-click on steam.dmg to launch the installer.
Click on Agree button.
